Donna Russell, is an Export Manager with a private organization.  She was born in Nassau, New Providence in the Bahamas and now resides in Freeport, Grand Bahamas Island.  She has three grown children Tanya, Tameka and Ivan Jr. and nine beautiful grand-children. Donna was a part of a Leadership Development Team for three and half years. She is an avid reader and a believer in ongoing personal development. She has co-authored in the book “ The Queens’ Legacy”, an instant best seller on Amazon.com, Authored four books “A Legacy of Hope”, " Journey to Wholeness" now released, along with " Daily Inspirations" and her newest book, "Leading Women Stepping Out", all available in stores and online.  She help ordinary women who struggle with low self-esteem and are ready to discover, develop and distribute their unique gifts to the world.
